I think it would be cool. They might be the type of person afraid to ruin anything.

Seriously now, it's a little risky-I mean who can guarantee that these people are clean, healthy, responsible and with due respect for you and your property? Personally, I wouldn't take that risk but this doesn't mean that you can't find any decent people. Good luck, whatever you decide to do!xxx

Sure. Most everything that needs to be, would be in the old
Safe Deposit Box. The Sterling would go to Moms. The thing about having someone in your house, is that since you are in
theirs they have a vested interest in keeping it real.

certainly not our home is our castle. anyway i would not trust them to look after our goldfish and my garden.
