First of all, you don't have room for a Pictus (with your current fish). Pictus get about 5 inches long, and prefer to be kept in groups. Also, the Tiger Barbs will soon go after your Angelfish's fins. The Silver Shark (also called Bala Sharks) will get about a foot long an need schools as well. I would suggest you get rid of the Tiger Barbs and the Shark, get 5 more Danios (the same kind), and 3 Pictus. Make sure the tank is heavily planted. This will make the Catfish and Angels feel more secure, and more active. To help raise your pH, you can add crushed coral to the filter. Or, you could add calciferous decorations like limestone, marble, or sea shells. This will slowly raise your pH to a stable level at about 6.5-7.0. Email me if you have any questions.
