I am planning a purchase in La Paz MX and I had signed a contract when thigs were hot. Now what is the situation. I am not there to know

Many people that are feeling the crunch in the states are bailing on their Vacation properties. there is a small glut on the market already and it should get better. Prices are droping.

For that matter... It might be a good time to get your cash ready for going south. Henrriete the tropical storm is looking like going to hurricane force and might hit Cabo head on! If it does you might be able to pick up some real STORM deals if you are there with the cash and a good realtor.
