The Explaination is very simple: Americans that are not stupid and undereducated, want To prevent having another "Miss Teen America: from embarrassing the "NO Child Left Behind theory in Education. This act of law in education proves it has not worked. Also to prevent anarchy, socialism, communism and build healthy and sane communities.

Americans are not collectively stupid.
Our flaws lie in the arrogance, avarice, machismo, braggadocio, bias and bigotry that we project to the world.
We represent 5% of the global population, yet squander 55% of the world's resources. Just as no one appreciates a school yard bully who takes other kids' lunch money, the rest of the global community doesn't appreciate the U.S.A. trying to take the world's oil supplies and control other natural resources we "need" for our gluttonous lifestyles while other nations drown in poverty.
Our moral superiority is actually the result of our lacking any moral compass. Our arrogance only brings on contempt, and creates an atmosphere of hatred and resentment by those who live in other countries. Eventually, the world will 'gang up' on the U.S. just as all the kids on the playground finally stand up to the school yard bully. -RKO- 09/02/07

Unfortunately, the world does think that Americans are stupid. They are seen as docile cattle, highly responsive to being herded by government and corporations.
It's time for Americans to retake the controls of their lives rather than cooperating with the rich for the good of... the rich.
