As soon as my laptops windows XP starts, so after loading the initial programmes my task bar disappears for ever. let me know how to bring it back, i mean if there may be any command to execute in order to bring taskbar back???

Actually the answer is correct, thats the quickest way to bring it back. try it first

If you right click just to the side of the start button click on.... properties....
tick the box for "Lock Taskbar".........
make sure the box is not ticked for "Auto Hide Taskbar".......
tick the box for "Keep task bar on top of other windows". Failing that you may have accidentally dragged it too far down into the screen. Check if the adjusting arrow appears when you hover the mouse at very bottom of screen. Hope this helps.

Maybe your taskbar is set to autohide.

if so, move your mouse to the bottom of the screen and see if you can see the taskbar then. If so, right click on the taskbar, select properties and uncheck the button that says "Auto-hide the taskbar".

open my computer window or press windows + E on keyboard if it is not exist on your desk top
see the tasks on the left corner and open controle panel
click taskbar and start menu
check the opened control window - may be you find why your taskbar disappeart and hope to find a solution of your problem
