It's easier to do this with 2 windows running.
You click on 'Compose Blog Entry'
You have to type something in ... anything, even if it's just a dot.
Then go to YOUTUBE
Cut and paste the EMBEDDED link (not just the regular URL) which is to the right of the video.
Go back into your blog.
Check / tick the box which reads Show HTML Source
Paste in Embedded Link.
Save blog.

You can use many differant video sites but for example you can go to youtube copy the embed and then go to your 360 and when you go to compose your blog entry check the "view html code" box then paste the code you copyed.
Besure to uncheck the box if you want to add anything thats not html.

on blog
just click compose blog entry, view html,then paste the code you copied from you tube
on your blast, edit blact the paste the url of the video you want to post from youtube
