Peavy will win the NL Cy Young because he has 15 wins, the lowest ERA in the NL and is 1 on the strikeout list.
AL is a horse race among Beckett, Santana, Escobar, Lackey, Wang and Sabathia. Having two potential winners on the same team could split support for Lackey and Escobar. And don't count out Wang as there are a lot of Baseball writers in the NYC area. Also CC Sabathia has a shot given his strikeouts, wins and ERA.

NL - Jake Peavy followed by Brandon Webb.
AL - This race is much closer, as there are like 8 pitchers in contention, but I would say Kelvin Escobar as of right now.

If I had a vote it would be Jake Peavy and Dan Haren but the AL is much closer I could see Escobar or even, if he has a Sept. like only he can, Santana.

Everyone seems to be leaving Erik Bedard out of the talk. I'd say Peavy and Bedard will win it.
