I am asking and about getting rid of a pool. So, we might need to remove the cement, fill it in with dirt and compact it.

Are you asking if the pool can be filled with water, or back-filled with dirt?

If you are filling with water, about a penny a gallon.

If you are filling with dirt, about $30/cubic yard.

If you have someone do it...very expensive.
If you do it yourself...fairly cheap but a lot of work.
You find a source of dirt and fill it up.
The only thing you really have to worry about is disconnecting the electricity safely.
