Do people in Prison have inter-net access?

If so, does it mean that those pedofiles, wierdo, bas*a*ds still have access to there prey?

Yes, they do have internet access during their recreation time (me time as i call it).

But there web surfing is very limited and highly monitored which makes it almost impossible for them.

It all depends on what prison they are in. not all prisons have computer labs and/or Internet access.
