Oh no it took so long to bake it, do you have that recipe? I'll ask richard Harris I thought I saw him over in McArthur Park

That song, the first time I heard it, though only 15, listening to the lyrics made me really depressed, especially "the yellow flowing dress laying round her on the ground" and "the men playing checkers";
Ran away from foster home and was placed at this one, a farm, in the middle of nowhere, they were wealthy, had a daughter my age. We had rooms separated by the hallway. We equally detested each other. I stole her Camels w/no filters, went w/her everywhere and we partied at the private pools all Summer.
It ended when the Social Worker asked me if I wanted the foster parents to adopt me.
Went back to the other foster home and started 10th grade. Wouldn't be celebrating 35 years this week w/husband if I hadn't returned back there so I guess it was fate.
