The 20 min would hold the lantern and cross with the 10 minute woman,
After, the 20 min will walk slow to give the lantern to the 25 min woman,
When the 20 min woman is done then the 5 min woman finishes with the 25 min woman.

5min and 25 min women walk across, but when the 25 woman is still on the bridge after 5 mins she has 20 to go and the 5min woman walks back across. After 5min woman gets back across the 25min woman still has 15 min to go when the 10min woman starts across the bridge. This leaves 5 and 20 min women on the first side. After 10 min woman has crossed the bridge 30 total minutes has elapsed. 5 from 5min woman, 20 from 25 min woman which overlaps with 10min woman and 5 min, which = 30 min.
While the 25 min woman still has 5 to go, 5 min woman walks across and they get there at the same time. Then 20 min woman walks across so that is 5 min + 20 = 25min added to the first 30 = 55 min. I think??

This is the way I see it.
The 5 minutes lady and the 25 minutes lady go first, than the 5 minutes one comes back, that is 30 minutes already, she takes the 20 minutes lady and the 5 minutes lady comes back again, that is 55 minutes and than I guess she is going to have to carry her friend over across the bridge in the last 5 minutes.

10 min and 5 min go across together =10 min
5 min returns with the lantern = 15 min
20 min and 25 min go across = 40 min
10 min returns with the lantern = 50 min
10 min and 5 min cross = 60 min
10 min steps off the bridge seconds before it blows up.
EDIT: Damn, Beardo got it while I was typing mine up. Oh well. Good job, Beardo!

its better that the one who don't know how to swim will go 1st so that even the bridge is already destroyed the woman left behind can still cross when she will swim.
