can i create an ebay account?

Question

i have just got a paypal account, but not yet transferred funds into it. i have an ebay account but i can not buy or sell anything ebay wants to ring me to confirm its me:S
should i start over?
and how do i say to ebay i will not give them my bank details but i will use paypal instead. i also have a debit card

just register your card with paypal since you already have a account and confirm your address with them,when you buy something on ebay pay with paypal and tey will prompt you each step,hope i helped
