i mean all these republicans getting caught now a days is just plain hypocrisy... i mean they say "ooo we dont like gay marriage, but we can have sex with a man".... and even if a democrat does get caught, atleast they stand for what they believe in.... its not like they are hiding in the closet like them republicans...

I'm a gay Republican but I don't agree with their positions on gay rights and a bortion (Yahoo! stars out the correctly-spelled word). I like Giuliani because he seems to be open minded yet still strong on defense. But if he fails to get nominated (which he probably will, precisely because he's open minded) I could hold my breath and back Fred Thompson. I still wouldn't agree with his apparent positions on those two issues, but I would just have to live with that. He probably wouldn't do anything harmful anyway, but the Democrats would surrender to the terrorists, which I would dislike even more. I think Jimmy Carter was a disaster and did considerable damage, Hillary wiuld also do a lot of damage.

I don't support what Foley did, but it was not a "heinous" act. He sent an email and had an IM exchange with an underage page. Gerry Studds, a former Democrat from Massachusetts had sex with an underage male page and then was reelected by the people of Massachusetts for 6 more terms. Get your facts straight. As for Senator Craig, his act was not "heinous" by any standard. Disgusting? Yes. Heinous? No! Your ignorance of this subject is what is amazing, to say the least.

I think, regardless of party affiliation, politicians let the power they have go to their heads. They feel they are above the law. I don't think the dems have any room to talk about the misactions of the republicans. Why can't it be that a person did something wrong, not "a republican" or "a democrat" did something wrong?

The Gay Republicans must transfer to the Democrats so that they could practice their misdemeanor and fight for gay marriage.

If there's anything worse than being untrue to yourself, it's being untruthful to thousands of constituents.
