Did you get out on the wrong side of the bed lol? Put some music on it will cheer you up.
If you were out drinking last night and you feel hangover, it might be the hangover that makes feel moody and grumpy.

lie down on ur back. breath in 4rm ur nose n out 4rm ur mouth.
if that still dont help lock urself in a cupboard, the darkness should help, its usualli more soothin than the day (4 me neway).
dont take it out cuz ull probs end up regrettin it n raisin ur blood pressure, thats definately not good 4 u.

Maybe you're feeling hen pecked? You shouldn't chicken out of having strong emotions. Perhaps you have been cooped up for too long? You could try spreading your wings.
