I will be sad in about 2 hours when my daughters leave once again. This weekend was great, and it seems that the high is contrasted by the low when they leave again. The only thing that keeps me going sometimes is knowing that they will be back again someday.
It is the worst the next couple of days after they are gone, and the wound is fresh again.

Maybe this will make you smile...
ONE. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.
TWO. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.
THREE. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.
FOUR. When you say, "I love you," mean it.
FIVE. When you say, "I'm sorry," look the person in the eye.
SIX.. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
SEVEN. Believe in love at first sight.
EIGHT. Never laugh at anyone's dream. People who don't have dreams don't have much.
NINE. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.
TEN. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling.
ELEVEN. Don't judge people by their relatives.
TWELVE. Talk slowly but think quickly.
THIRTEEN. When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, "Why do you want to know?"
FOURTEEN. Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
FIFTEEN. Say "God bless you" when you hear someone sneeze.
SIXTEEN. When you lose, don't lose the lesson .
SEVENTEEN. Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions.
EIGHTEEN. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.
NINETEEN. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
TWENTY. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
TWENTY-ONE. Spend some time alone.

No but I often feel a bit gloomy the morning after drinking / smoking. Probably some chemical reason behind it, coupled with lack of sleep. Heavy night out yesterday?!

Awww, why are you sad???
Go run a tub with bubbles, put some nice music on and light a few candles. Bring a hot cup of tea in there too. Sink down to your chin and practice breathing in and out....clear your mind...Keep breathing until you feel lighter inside. Then dry off, spend a little extra time on your make up and put on something pretty, even if you're staying in. You'll feel so much better!!!!!!!!

The wakeful with which you bypass to sleep performs an significant place interior the wakeful you arise .... (its tremendously sensible ... I had experienced) in case you sense with heavy innovations or drained innovations or random thoughts then your sleep high quality would be low and you arise with the effect of those thoughts ... And for this try with common strategies like * till now sleep, sparkling n up your self * attempt to maintain away each and all the rigidity of the day aside by way of listening to a delicate track or suited is to spend it slow in prayer * If any project of the day is protecting on your innovations, only communicate on your man or woman self telling that i will attend to it later * examine a sturdy divine e book till now sleep * If attainable take a cup of warmth milk * bypass to sleep interior the remembrance of the God .... upon getting up make a prepare of remembering / pray to god. you will truly see a metamorphosis

Yes. My man was being drunk and mean last night and now he's sleeping it off on the couch. I'm stuck in the house and it's going to rain. I'm having a pity party.
