The only drunk girls that I have ever seen are my sisters and they are just funny when they are drunk, I dont know if they are sexy or not.

Let's see now. Her speech is slurred, her make-up is smeared, her mascara is running, she looks like death warmed over, and if she's starting to feel queasy she probably has an urgent date with a porcelain bowl (if she makes it to the restroom in time).

Depends on how drunk and what kind of drunk (angry, sloppy, goofy, morose, flirty, etc.) but usually not.
