1) Toss out the TV, or reduce your viewing to less than a couple hours a day.
2) Make it a point to read, at least six non-fiction books a month. Make sure the subject matter is varied, don't get in a rut.
3) Do puzzles like Crosswords and Sudoku. These get your mind to work on problem resolution.
4) Eat good food, drink plenty of water and exercise.

No one can improve upon the I.Q.levels but intelligence can be sharpened. The redeeming feature is that on an average humans don't use more than 10-15 % of their brains and thus a vast reservoir is available for tapping, use, training and refinement. Avoid reading too much of material which is purely based on fiction ,flights of imagination, religious text books and such other things but give priority to more scientific, rational and logical material. While on any topic, see and read as much as possible in it's support and also as much as against it and think to arrive at the most logical and rational conclusions.Always keep your open mind.Remember,a developed mind is one which agrees to disagree.

Go to the book store and get a kit that called "Improve your IQ". It teaches you how to figure out these crazy puzzles in the IQ test. The more you exersize your mind the sharper it will be. Also don't forget to take your Omega 3, 6, and 9 vitamins.
