A Last Blast BBQ, having over some family and friends. Please stop by. There's plenty of food and wine, it's the house on the corner with the delicious smell of grilling peppers and sausage and mmmmmmmmmm coming from the yard.

I have a funeral to attend for a friend that I worked with for 13 years who passed away suddenly on Friday. Then I'm going to my girlfriend's house and we're gonna grill out and pound back a few very dirty martinis and my son is coming over after he gets off work at the pool (he's a lifeguard and in his first year of college).

I'm getting together with all of my friends and we are filming a very lame movie. It's so juvenile but then again, so are we. It's supposed to be for Halloween so I'm going to load the video with Dimmu Borgir and overly Satanic music. I wanted to be the serial killer but then the movie would turn into a documentary.

im going back to school during the holidays so i can go for gym training in the afternoon and have karate training at night....Im starting on my physical training schedule which will include eating low carbo food and partial starvation
