.then the tyre shop replaced 2new tyres.they did the ballencing and alignment.satis.but defect persist.then iask them to fit back the old tyres.now ican drive more than 100km/h.so whats hapen?

Right one or both of the new tires were bad. Sometimes bad/defective tires get out of the manufacture without being stopped. If it's a really good tire shop and good tech. the bad tire can/should be noticed when it is balanced or road tested. if you still need new tires,sounds like you might, go to a better shop.
