No, as porno is considered "acting" and the participants are paid "actors" do to a job on film and it considered "art" and "entertainment". They are not being paid to per se to have sex, they are being paid for their "acting" and "performances".

To solicit someone for sex is illegal as in all States except a county in Nevada, by law, it is illegal to directly pay another person for sexual favors.

No- the film making is just that- making a movie.
What occurs in the movie may be of questionable taste, but it's just a movie.
In most areas of the country, soliciting is not about film, but about sex outside of wedlock for a fee, not a movie .
Of course, in parts of Nevada, sex for money is legal.

If a rich older man goes to a young women and says be my girlfriend and I will get you an apartment for six months, give you spending monies etc is legit,
