Right click on "My computer" and go to properties, from there, go to the general tab (should be automatically selected but just in case). Down the bottom, it will give you the CPU speed and amount of RAM, however not the video card speed. The only way to really find this is go to Hardware (which is under the same screen as properties) --> device manager--> display adapters but that will only give you a video card model (from which you can go and find the specs by googling).
Easiest way to find is if you still have the manual! Good Luck!

Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel and System Information. Actually this won't tell you a heckuva lot. I use Belarc Advisor, a free download and computer scan which you can print and keep. It's virus-free and safe to use.
For some unknown reason, right now my computer won't give me links, so try this on your own. Put belarc advisor in your search engine (Google or Yahoo) then click on Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit, then select the download.
