TEHRAN, Iran - Iran's president claimed Sunday that his country is now running 3,000 centrifuges to enrich uranium for its controversial nuclear program — a long-sought Iranian goal.

If not now, then when?

Yes. I have been saying this for years. It is an act of war to do what they have done.

We should devise a plan to make their main centrifuge plant blow up, spewing radiation for miles. This will enrage neighboring countries, turning popular opinion against them.

The U.S. should then, perhaps as part of a UN force, send in technical help, at which point we will be shocked to discover that they were very, very bad little boys, playing with enriched uranium. We will scold them, and make them promise never to to it again. This time, their cover of secrecy will have been blown forever. They can never go back and claim they were engaged in peaceful nuclear energy plans.

Iran will have to put it's tail between it's legs, lower it's head in deference, and start dealing with honesty.

Problem solved (the U.S. is the hero for saving Iran from further nuclear fallout, Iran is branded as a liar, and it turns world opinion in our favor!)

I think that the world is waiting for us to do something. Of course then they can condemn us more, but in the end if we don't they will blow each other apart over there.

I also think that they are calling our bluff. I wonder if we even have 21 anymore? Anyways, it should of been made into glass when we went into Afghan. Now we will pay dearly and so will Israel.........

I agree we must prevent the far right from lying America into another war.
"Even if Iran wanted to go for a nuclear weapon, it would not be before the end of this decade or sometime in the middle of the next decade," he said, adding that this estimate echoed the view of US intelligence agency, the CIA. "
Israel and the PNAC want America to attack and have been pushing this agenda for years now with several lies.

No, because Iran is not the middle east and you didn't explain what 'putting an end' really means.

The Neville Chamberlain approach to settling world events!!! Do you remember Neville???

Seek diplomatic answers first, build partnerships with their friends first, use economic coercion first, give them little respect publicly first, set a tone of firm resolve first, and, let Iran push it to the brink first, then, maybe then, take military action, as, a last resort.
