There are soooo many

genetics - the study of genomes (within that are several sub-fields)
biochemistry - study of biological molecules/metabolic pathways etc
physiology - how the body works (function)
anatomy - how the body looks (structure)
microbiology - study of the very small. eg. virology
immunology - not sure if this should be separate. Bit of a mix between physiology and biochem
