This question really doesnt have an answer. There are so many great films out there to choose from, that I cannot narrow it down to just one. And wht I may think is the greatest, someone else may find dull, because they dont understand the humor, or they dont like the actors involved.. I love most Adam Sandler movies, and there is something to be said about Jim Carrey, Bruce all Mighty was hilarious! But there are plenty of great Classics too!!

Crikey, as a kid I saw The Marx Brothers in A Day at the Races and here it is over 40 years later and it still makes me laugh. But there are so many, I suggest you watch Arsenic and Old Lace.

Grandma's boy, Dumb and Dumber, Caddy shack, Anchor Man, and Super Troopers are my top 5. Anyone who thinks Mr. Bean, Rowan Atkinson, is funny should not be taken seriously. Go back to England and listen to the Spice Girls.
