I like fairly stong cheeses but not too strong - hate those blue smelly ones whatever they're called. Problem if it has holes there's big gaps of cheeselessness - what's the point in that?

LOVE cheese. Just about any kind. But, NOT Gorgonzola.
That stuff does not belong any where near food preparation areas.

Stronger. And recently we tried a smoked Jarlsberg that is just amazing.
