Questions like this are asked every single day. Zac Efron and Miley Cyrus would NEVER give their numbers out to fans because then they would have so many messages that they wouldn't be able to answer them all. I bet that the only people who have their phone numbers are their family, friends and people who work with them. If you really want to contact them, try sending fan mail.
