Take some Benadryl and then go to the doctor. If it's still swollen after this long, it's an allergic reaction and if it's not treated, could affect his eyesight permanently.

Even without any discharge it can be pink eye. My brother had it and it started out that way. Pink eye is not painful so that's probably why she doesn't seem bothered. I would go to urgent care so they can give you some antibiotics. It's nothing dangerous but it needs to be treated.

Benedryl and ice packs. He probably needs an epi-pen. That was yesterday, though? Is he still alive? I hope you took him to the emergency room instead of logging on yahoo answers for ghetto medical advice.
