If you believe in Christ, you would know he is alive today. There were plenty of wars in the Bible. It is hard to determine the thoughts of the Lord. If it was that simple, we could all be better Christians!

Jesus is alive today. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Jesus was for peace and not war. He came to bring the new Covenant and that represented peace. I don't care how many religious people get on here and try to tell you otherwise. Just read the New Testament which is the New Covenant that we live under today. Jesus was not about religion; he was about love.

If Jesus was alive then we would not have a madman as
Saddam Hussein. If we didn't have a Saddam Hussein then
G.W. Bush would not have to invade Iraq.
People would then have lived all in pace Muslims and
Christians and the the folks.

No, He would not support it. That war was started by a self-serving greedy president. But, he would support a war against Muslim extremists such as AQ and the Taliban, because they want to destroy Christianity and its followers.

the war between US and Iraq or among Iraqis?
by the way, there would be no match for the side the almighty Lord, who lives forever, doesn't support.

Jesus is alive and well.
No, he would not support any 'war' that has no justification other than that of OIL and WAR PROFITEERING. He threw the maneychangers out of the temple, remember?
Jesus was an advocate of love and peace, even forgiving his enemies that crucified him ("Father, forgive them for they know not what they do"). Too bad we mere mortals can't live such exemplary lives.
Jesus subscribed to the teachings of the Ten Commandments, one of which is "THOU SHALT NOT KILL". There's no disclaimer that says, "unless you're an insane U.S. President; or unless you disagree with your enemies' religious practices; or unless you want to steal another country's oil; or unless you want to boost the sagging profits of the giant U.S. military-industrial complex. It simply says, "THOU SHALT NOT KILL".....so how does a born-again Christian justify the wholesale murder of 675,000 Iraqis and 3,800 U.S. soldiers all so that his family can 'settle the score' with Saddam Hussein, against whom they had a personal vendetta since Desert Storm? How does a God-fearing man justify the rape and pillage of another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the United States? How does a self-professed follower of Jesus Christ allow our soldiers to fight an immoral, unconstitutional, illegal 'war' just so his wealthy elitist and industrial friends can become wealthier?
May God damn George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and all 535 members of the most arrogant, cowardly, contemptible, incompetent, corrupt Republican-led U.S. Congress that turned its back as the Bush administration violated the laws or our land and ran rip shod over our Constitution.
May God damn George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and all 535 members of the most arrogant, cowardly, contemptible, incompetent, corrupt Democratic-led U.S. Congress that promised to end this insane 'war' if elected. and - so far - has stood by and done nothing to keep that promise.
What would Jesus do?
I suspect he would throw all of these political cretins out of the hallowed halls of the White House and Congress, and send them all to their eternal damnation in Hell, where Satan has reserved a special oil-soaked, blood-stained corner room adjacent to the rooms of Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler, Idi Amin, and Saddam Hussein.
May God damn them all. -RKO- 09/02/07

RKO you are right, but you can't blame bush, for as stupid as he pretends to be, even he is a puppet in all this, he gives us the formula tro react to, but even he is given a formula himself, it's good you are aware, but you have to remember that he (G bush) is born into those families and those societies, his fate was decided before his birth, so may god guide us all and may he forgive our trespassers, and that for our sakes will have to include mr bush
