Many a person is branded as being a racist simply for telling the truth.
Some people just don't want to hear the truth & justify their holier than thou attitude by screaming 'racist!'

People are racist because they are afraid or scared of anything they are not familiar with.
Even if some people accept other races as friends there is still always that uncertainty.
I believe that all people are racist, no matter what. I think it's a genetic guarantee. I think it's the same thing as wondering why people kill each other...or why they crave money or power. Being racist in the same thing. I think it's a law of nature.
I'd like to think I'm not racist either, but the simple fact is that i am. Whether by thought or action, we all are, in some degree. I wish I weren't, I wish nobody was. I can ignore it and accept it and still overcome it, and at least be civil about it but it's still a part of everyone's DNA and it's unavoidable!
This is just an opinion, of course.

Wisdom takes time and still some will never acquire it. It nature to be some what of a soft racist, because all races are proud people, yet some are very extreme racist that was handed down from the parents or grand parents and until they realize we are all human they will continue to be that way.

well sweetie...have you noticed that a lot of racist people happen to be christians? It's biggotry. Good is presented with a white color and evil is dark and black and that's where they get it I suppose. It's drilled into their brain from an early age and some of us just break out of the mold they're trying to create for us. Love thy neighbor doesn't mean black neighbor or mexican neighbor or oriental neighbor but WHITE neighbor because as I said before....good is presented with a white color of purity and so they think whites are the only pure beings. I live in Kentucky...that's why I can answer your question.

it's called taboo. You're just not used to something outside your normal circle of comfort. Of course, people need to change and learn to accept things that are different.
And I agree, being racist is really a low act for a human being.

"Racist" is just a made-up word that bigots and "antiracist" fascists like to use when they want to force their beliefs on others.
