This is a very common issue. This happens when the cell phone is placed near the computer , radio, T.V. or any other electronic device.
The reason is, cell phone is constantly in search of the network and if there is any other radiowaves interfereing u will experience a buzzing noise.
Try not to place ur cell phone near any other electronic device.
It is not harmfull but why take risk.
Good Luck

If you are by a radio, car radio, computer, and sometimes even TVs, they tend to buzz, and it isn't good for the phone or the source that is causing it to buzz.

This happens because the signal that the source is picking up is much larger then the phone signal, and the source picks up the phone signal first.

My brother explained this to me, because my friends and I were fascinated when our phones were buzzing.
