*When u 'float' in the atmosphere of the moon, then u will know that its the earths gravitational force that keeps us firmly on the ground & hence we walk !!! & not ''swim'' in the air !!!!

Here's the thing: Gravity DOES exist, it's no myth. Not just between us and the earth, but between every mass body. However, even though we know exactly HOW is works, we have no idea WHY it happens. Many theories like relativity and quantic started to answer this question, but there's still a long way to go.

So no, Gravity isn't a myth. If you want to call it something "wrong" (because it's not proved yet) you can call it a paradigm.

Gravity is a scientific theory, not a theory, but a SCIENTIFIC THEORY! This is used in a different context than "theory" is. Scientific theory means that a hypothesis can be tested, retested and so on without much deviation within the results from the first test. If you climb a tree, and release an apple from your hand, it will fall. If you throw an apple up into the air, it will eventually fall back down. You are testing a hypothesis "If I drop this apple, I predict it will fall" and once your testing has been completed you can safely claim "If I drop this apple, It WILL fall" This is gravity, and if it was a myth or "just a theory" you wouldn't be standing but floating.

Gravity does exist. It is the force that holds the earth to the sun, the moon to the earth and holds the whole universe together. This is Newton's theory.
But, Einstein gave another theory for why objects 'attract' each other using his concept of space-time. According to him gravity is not a force. He said that a planet or a star or anything curves space-time around it. As a result, anything that moves in straight line near the star ends up revolving around it. The revolving object just tries to move in a line as straight as possible through the curved space-time. This path is called a geodesic.

(I can't really understand what 'space-time' is. Even scientists are supposed to have difficulty imagining it.Einstein took time as a fourth dimension along with length, height and width. I think it means space behaves like time in some ways.)

If gravity is a myth then explain for me if you can why it is possible to measure the external force of gravity to be 9.8meters per sec squared.
That being the said without that fiqure how do you suppose the calculations are made for any of the endevors for the events that have transpired as far as travel to the Moon, or any of the endevors of NASA.

NO WAYS...gravity is something which holds us on earth or else we will be floating in space...its the magnetic pull...i mn, if u go to jupiter whr the magnetic pull is much more stronger, you probably wont be able to get up...its cuz of the gravitational pull...ITS NOT A MYTH

Gravity is not just a myth-

It's the LAW!

There is only one way to prove your theory. Climb up to the top of a tall building then walk off the edge. If gravity is a myth, well, you know the rest.

myth means traditional story involving supernatural or imaginary persons and embodying popular ideas on natural or social phenomena.
But gravity is scientifically proved, it is not a myth.

But for gravity , you won't be alive today. it is gravity that is holding the blanket of air down and close to the surgace of he earth , so that you and i could breath the air and live .but for gravity , all that is on the suface of the earth would have flown off into the space .you know the spees at which the earth is spinning around its axis .The diameter of the earth is about 12,756 kilo meters ( 7,973 miles ).That means that the circumfrence of the earth is around 25,057.999 miles.or 25,058 miles roundly.. This makes one spin , that is 25,058 miles make one circle in 24 hours .so in one hour the earth spins or a point on the surface of he earth moves a distance of 104.375 miles .That is the earth spins at a speed of 104 miles an hour .If there is no force holding yu down to the surface of he earth, just image the speed with which you will be hurtled into space at the tangent of the earth. This toio canhappen only if you had the possiblity of surviving on the earth without oxygen in th air blanket that is also held by down by the gravity.ravity ois not a Myth. it is a fact and it is that that enables all lives to live on the earth. It is becasue of this that waer flows from one point to another on earth. it is because of this hat yu have rainfall on earth .but for that the water that vapourized would not have fallen back to the earth . Thre would havew been no concept of anyweight .if gravity is a Myth , weight would ahve also been a myth and ant would have been able to lift an elehant and hurtle away into space .yopu would be able to lift the Himalayas and trhow it in to space .you would also be ale to fly to the far of palanets and the far end of he galaxy without spenidng any energy if only you could protect your body in spoace and survive without food or takig any amount of food for sustenance while in journey into the space .it woud never be problem to carry any amount of food or any load in to space from the earth , if gravity had noit beeen there .In short, you qwould no have been able to walk of the surface of he earth but for gravity as it is gravity that gives you the friction needed to walk on the earth. Gavity should be a Myth to people who can not understand the basis principles of science only.
We owe our lives to gravity . if what gives us life and enables us to live is God , it is Gravity only.
