Well there could be a number of problems, which I need clarification on. Is the game installer running, installing correctly, then your game won't run ( has discoloration)? Or will it not even read the disk at all to install. The first one is pretty easy, you can set your installer, the game and everything else tied to it to run in admin mode and for color distortion you can run the game, alt tab, right click on your taskbar, open Task Manager, end the process "Explorer.exe", a lot of older games require you to do this, alt tab back into the game and that should do it, when you're done press File -> new process -> then type "explorer.exe" The second one may be even easier to fix, take your disk, look at the shiny side, if there are ANY smudges simply breath hot air onto it and go around the disk with a SOFT and SMOOTH cloth material, a common T-shirt will do it. If there are any scratches, you may need to buy scratch remover, at almost any store that sells DVDs or games, or just buy a new disk. I hope that helps, and if you're trying to torrent the game, make sure you have all the tools before you download it: Utorrent, Daemon Tools Lite, 7-zip.
