"Letting Go" is the easy part...Starting Again is the challenge...

I think letting go has got to be one of the hardest things to do, especially when you really love a person. We tend to want to hold on to those we love and find it really hurts and leaves an empty place where that person use to be.
Sometimes, letting someone in can be just as hard. If you have been hurt a lot, you may want to protect yourself from being hurt again and that may mean not letting anyone close to you. Learning to trust and take the chance of being hurt can be very hard to do.

yes, there is - holding on to someone you knew you should let go...
this is one of my favorite quotes from grey's anatomy:
sometimes, no matter how much you love someone, that person can't just love you back the same way... and being with the person who doesn't love you back is way lonelier than being alone.
ouch. but it's true and i can really relate to the above quote.

as of right now, i have never had to do anything more difficult!!! its goin on 7 months and doesnt seem to be getting better! ughh
