Well either method will likely get you killed so go with the cheaper one. That way you'll have some burial money left over.
Seriously though, I'd go with the turbo. NOS is sudden, short lived and damaging to the engine. The Turbo will me much more manageable, and will produce power over long periods of time.

I'd go with Turbo.... But I guess it all depends on what your trying to accomplish with the upgrade..
