Since the first of June, when I called them and told them to DC my service, they keep deducting from my checking account. I have again, repeatedly, called, e-mailed etc. and they refuse to go away. That is Peoplepc.com.
I have another ISP since I moved and like it so much better but, somehow there has to be a way to get these people out of my life. Thanks! E-mail me @ geri_stimpak@yahoo.com

Go to the bank and discontinue any automatic payments to them.
Send them a FIRMLY STATED letter telling them to cancel your account, and keep a copy.
Don't send them any more membership payments.
Unless YOU take positive action this situation will continue.
