The tyres looked great, but when the engine lets go, what can you do?

I'm a massive Rossi fan as you know, but even I think the championship is now out of reach.

This is a sad day in Rossi's Motogp life.

It was on the cards. A new engine, not tried and tested yet! I had a feeling that might happen.

I think Rossi and Jerry Burgess had given up on the championship a while ago. They're just trying to develop next years machine now. In fact Burgess has almost gone as far as admitting that.

Hopefully, it just means they'll be much stronger next year. Vale's Moto GP career's certainly not over!

It's just unbelievable! The 125cc and the 250cc were great and now this! It's not a good year for Rossi! Lets hope that the next season will be better. Sometimes being second is not that bad but... it's good when you are the 1st!

Can't believe it! I just can't and I won't!!!!

Rossi Rossi Rossi.... :((

I have to admit to mixed feelings, being a Rossi fan, but also an Australian. Is it just the bike that has given Stoner an advantage? I don't think so now; but it is fascinating to think what would have been the case if Rossi had ridden for Ducati
