That means time will actually change like daylight savings time, not that you will just be an hour early/late for something.

Do you want to gain or lose an hour?

OK bullying and theft are criminal offences. You don't have to put up with them. Find a lawyer and find out what the relevant laws are in your jurisdiction. Then act on them. Be firm but fair and make it clear to Mother in Law that you intend to be as good as your word. You property is yours. Mother in Law has no right to take your property. She has some rights while you are living at her house. Once you are living in you own place which you are now then you should not be beholden to her. Tell you husband that if she want to do certain projects or attend certain events than arrangements have to be made in advance. If this fails then get a court order and/or counselling for all of them to bring them into the 21st century with their attitude towards daughters in law and young families. Mother in law should be happy to help when you ask with the babies regardless of whether they are boys or girls and should not interfere with your private life. You husband has done his duty as a son caring for the elder members of the family in their great old age. If I were you I would find some things to do that involve just yourself and your husband and small son. This need not include the in laws. This way you will get quality time together and will be able to relax without the stress of them interfering. I wish you well in your endeavours for a well balanced family life. Cheers!!!

Put it back...
