It depends on who it is, and the situation.
I am usually better at being myself around people I probably will never see again.

Depends upon the situation. If it is work related, then confidence and professionalism is paramount. If it is on a personal level then, well i can be shy at first but completely myself at the same time.

I guess it depends on who it is, but I'm usually pretty shy and calm. I can't show them who I really am at first because I might scare them off before I get a chance to know them...haha!

I am usually shy at first even if I have a good vibe on the person or not. Good thing there's internet!

Though most of my friends and coworkers think that I am an extrovert, it is all about comfort zones! I'm quite shy at first and then warm up quickly.

I'm one of those that's a bit shy on the inside but doesn't show it .... maybe going a bit OTT with trying not to show it.
But I soon settle down and become myself.

i'm shy at first...to the point of complete awkward silence. unless i'm drunk, then i'm the complete inverse of my sober state, really extrovert.
