How has the general health been?How do rate your own health?

I am fortunate. I am an older lady but have excellent health. Even my doctor says that I am healthier than most of the 20-somethings that he has in his practice. I am rarely sick. I do have a low grade hypertension (the side effect of a prior surgery) that is maintained at a normal level with medication but that is it. So, I would have to rate my health as excellent.
