Hurry up is usually last 2 minutes or 4th quarter when the team is behind. In the no huddle they go straight to the line, but the QB takes his time, calls plays, watches adjustments etc. Not much other than that.

They are the same except now teams choose to use the no huddle offense the entire game to prevent the Defense from subbing in players.

One uses a huddle and the other one does not.
