Every day for the past few weeks. It has been about 110 - 120 degrees here. Today I think it was only 110. Yeah, we are self basting here. Gobble, Gobble

yes, im sat in there now....got my wireless laptop with me too, im all stuffed, wrapped in foil with just my hands poking through, what number should i put the oven on, its a fan assisted electric oven ? i dont want to cook too quickly as my partner doesnt like to eat too early.
