To begin with some Crudites, with a glass of G & T (lemon, no ice)
For starter: Tarte Tartan with a rustic salad.
Mains: Beef 'Flambe' with a red wine jus and a selection of seasonal vegetables. Naturally some roast potatoes.
Dessert: A selection of chef's favourite chocolate desserts (without the fruit coulis).
Cafe au lait with chocie mints to finnish off.
(And of course a bottle of the finest chateau de pomp 1220 to go with the meal).

I am having beef in red wine with potatoes according to my mother!!
(Roast with all the trimmings is way better :p)

Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and parsnips, new potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, cheese sauce and gravy.
Apple pie and cream for dessert - just finishing making that!

I had a cup of black coffee with a salami sandwich on wellbeing Nut bread with sliced onion, pepper jack and Swiss cheese, and horseradish sauce, and 2 candy gherkins on the factor.
