I mostly like the obvious ones, Billy Connolly, Ross Noble, Carl Baron, Dave Hughes, Fiona O'Loughlin, I don't see many comedians so I only know the really famous ones.
Comedy shows would be South Park, Crank Yankers, The Simpsons, Kath & Kim, Scrubs, John Safran's Music Jamboree, The Chaser's War On Everything and Thank God You're Here.
I haven't even heard of most of the ones you've listed :) I live in Australia so they aren't on here I guess. Apparently they are gonna start making a US version of 'Thank God You're Here' so look out for it, it's so funny.
