can any one tell me which motherboard is good ASUS P5BMX -WIFI or ASUS M2NMX?

Both are good because they are from ASUS.

If you are not a tweaker, get the M2NMX. It has good onboard graphics, supports up to 10 USB ports, has 4 DIMM slots but limited fsb adjustment.

The P5BMX is nice because it is wifi capable and has wider fsb adjustment. It would be nice to pair it with the E2140/2160/4400/4500 then overclock by at least 50%, which should be easy on stock coolers and stock voltage.

ASUS M2NMX is better because it has more compatibility than ASUS P5BMX -WIFI and has more functions.
