I can generally fix computer problems myself but sometimes I have bought a program or two that'll greatly simplify what I need to do to fix the problem, or at least greatly reduce the time it will take.

whenever the computer crashes, my dad will always try to fix it himself. but usually he would only make it worse. eventaully he would have to call up the professionals. and pay them.

I do it myself. That A+ certification had to come in handy for something.
