what is this from and how do i fix it?

If you are putting pressure on the screen then stop doing that and they should go away.

Otherwise you should send it in for a repair assuming it is still under warranty (if it's not then it might not be worth fixing).

These are pressure spots. They usually go away unless you have pressed the screen with a lot of pressure. You can cause permanent damage to the LCD by applying excessive amounts of pressure to the screen. If it doesn't go away on it's own after you stop touching it the LCD needs to be replaced.
