Here it os: I work Mon- Friday, out of house at 6.30am, in at 6pm. Get the dinner ready for hubby, feed and walk and play with the animals (dog goes to work with hubby, but as soon as they get home its over to me-which i don;t mind). By the time this is over i'm ready for bed (around 10.30). Today i am supposed to be doing housework and i can't be bothered! I come onto yahoo for relaxation and i just feel so lazy as my husband usually does most of the housework.... he's in bed having a lie in (which he never does!) and is probably expecting all housework to be done (although he knows me better!) I need something to get me motivated... even the dog and 2 cats are just sleeping around my feet as i type this ... yawnnnn

Well, you certainly have a lot of responsibilities! Try some vitamin B6 and B12 supplements to keep your energy levels up, and some magnesium to keep your muscles in good shape. Try and make some time for yourself, even if it's just 10 minutes, and just concentrate on your breathing, and clear your mind. Imagine lying on a beach sipping a cool beverage. If that is the only time you can give yourself, it is better than crashing at then end of a seemingly endless day. You deserve it!

When workers display 'laziness' in a factory and production suffers, the reasons for it lie in their dissatisfaction with factors relating to their workplace. It needs complex unravelling to try to get to the root of their problems. It might be the boss, it might be the working hours, it might be the low pay, it might be the lack of restroom facilities, it might be the foreman, it might be in the materials they work with, it might be the noise pollution, it might be lack of air, it might be because they don't collectively like what they do.

Sorry Lazy, yr life is an unwanted inspiration that fuels your 'laziness' which is your socio-economic reaction to the ennui that has set into yr life and has become a norm.

Change. The furniture, the routine, the dogs, the way you dress, the way you eat, the times that you do things. Alter the rhythm of your existence and convince your hubby that's its for the best. He'll object. Persist. In a few days he'll see the benefits that accrue from 'everything must change'.

Dont forget the flowers in the house. And seduce your hubby with the culture of alteration.
good luck. Go for it. Otherwise................

You spend 12 hours a day 5 days a week on the go

Your body needs rest, it is not made to be on the go 24/7

Clearly you are not lazy.
Lazy is my son, who doesn't have a job, who stays in bed until 1.00 pm, who spends his entire time online having pointless & shallow conversations with his mates (who are also training for the Loafing Olympics), and who has never done a single piece of housework, washing or cooking in his life.
THAT is lazy.

Have you seen a Dr. lately for blood work??? you could possible have a thyroid problem??

Anyways, just get a physical from the Doc. and explain to him what is going on with you. At least that's a start.

You have a lot of happiness in life to achieve, does not sound like you are.

I would rule out a physical problems first.

good luck to you

It's called running yourself into the ground. Your body says, "Rest me please rest me, pretty please rest me." For goodness sake listen to your body. It needs fresh air and relaxed exercise, and time for you. Blow the telly just take half an hour or so each day to do what you want. Yahoo is not the answer

You don't sound lazy to me ... you sound busy!! If you have older kids, get them to help out. If not, then, perhaps you could get a teenager from the neighborhood to help out occasionally and pay them!
