Your question is discriminatory. Indian people like to think they have contributed to everything but there are two factors you gave failed to appreciate.
Indian people did not play THE PRIMARY ROLE in the development of the USA. The USA was built off of the backs of Native American Indians, Blacks, Chinese and other minority races. since when were Indians from india slaves in the USA? God your question makes me angry! Have Indians from india been in the USA for other 300 years??
Secondly any opportunites which India has, it has becasue the West provides you with those opportunities. We outsource worklike call centre to India even and your bsuinesses flourish becasue we choose to frequent your little corner shops and gas shops. If we did not .. where would you people be? Next time think about that before you submit such a post!!!

thats quite a stupid question, indians alone have not just contributed to the american economy many immigrants from other countries have helped with the development, you cannot simply single out a minority and say 'how have they helped the country', thats fairly discriminatory
