Petrified means:- turned to stone (petrus)

So if you were petrified they'd have to chisel your bits out!

I find it hard not to be, but I keep a stiff upper lip about it. I am stone-faced when asked that question, but am dead set against it happening to me. I rigidly reject being voluntarily petrified.

By the way, you are cracking me up today.

Depends on how you are preserved.

Technically, you need to have your body molecules replaced by 'stone' to be petrified.

They don't petrify them. You could have them plastinated, though. You would have to be plastered first (i.e. a bit of Dutch Courage.)
