If your quite energetic/physically fit you might just have just used up all the energy from your meal. Also a high metabolism will cause you to become more hungry. But listen to your body and have something to eat. Maybe some fruit or veg or healthy carbs as a snack. Also remember to drink a lot of water to keep yourself hydrated. Sometimes we feel hungry because we havnt drank enough and it causes the same kind of hunger feeling. But dont pig out on junk and unhealthy snacks. Keep yourself healthy and eat nutritiously.
=] I hope this helps.

1. It could be simply part of growing up
Or
2. You are not eating 3 well balanced meals.
If you eat fast foods or pasta or soft foods, you will find yourself hungry very soon after.
I suggest after each meal, eat an apple - it is 'hard food' and all the chewing will make your stomach feel that is has had more than enough food
Good luck

no you're fine. get a recipe book about foods with low GI, these are foods which slowly distribute energy- like porridge for example. This means you won't have to eat so much. Also avoid foods which give you a quick sugar boost, like sweet stuff.
Finally, if you are hungry, drink a glass of water first as you may just be thirsty! If none of these ideas work (which they should!) eat foods which involve a lot of chewing. Eat your food slowly, so your brain knows when you are full (this takes 20mins)

All teenagers are always hungry - just make sure whatever you eat, you eat a balanced diet.
My 14 yr old eats constantly, never exercises apart from walking to school (about 1km) and is in great shape. I think all those teenage hormones burn off the calories at warp speed....!

Excess of eating any tastefull thing can a cause to invite many diseases into your stomach. Also, there will be big and un-curable problems as soon as your age will increase. So, just control on un-wanted desires of feeling hungry or greedyness on seeing mouth watering delicious food.

What do you eat?
Are you hungry or thirsty? You may not be drinking enough.
Enjoy it while you can. When you get older you won't be able to eat like that.
